👋 Hey, I'm Shaina. 
I think a lot about humans at work.

I spend most of my time building Hello Generalist, a home on the internet for Founders to hire early stage startup pros for part-time and advisory work. I'm also a coach to startup Chiefs of Staff. But I mainly like to read, bake, dance, and hang with the people I love.  

I believe that there's no one right way to build a meaningful life, and that we're better for embracing the winding path. My story includes dropping out of college to open (and close) a food truck, leading a VC backed startup from Seed to Acquisition, setting dinners on farm fields around the world, and more seemingly unconnected chapters — It all adds up to my love of helping others go deep, get weird, and live a big, creative life.
